Crews from Eastleigh, Fordingbridge, Service Headquarters, St Mary’s, Wickham, Ringwood, Liphook, Stockbridge, Fareham, Andover, Basingstoke, Hartley Wintney, Rushmoor, Emsworth, Winchester, Alton, Tadley, and Hardley attended a large fire at a farm in Upton Grey this evening. The fire involved a bonfire and two hay ricks containing 750 tonnes of hay.

Three jets, 1 hose reel, and 70 litres of compressed fir foam solution was used to fight the blaze. It was decided it was best to let the hay burn out to suitably manage the incident.
