Gone are the days of hammering staples by hand. Or at least they will be thanks to Milwaukee. The Milwaukee M12 Cable Stapler promises a way to lighten the workload of electricians working with wiring and cable. Paired with Milwaukee 1-inch Insulated Cable Staples, it could be your path to freedom from manual hammering.
Designed for the likes of electricians and cable workers, the M12 cable stapler has a lightweight and compact design specifically to allow access to tight areas while you’re using it.
It also has a reversible belt hook so you can keep it at arm’s reach while you are preoccupied.
Another notable feature is the movable staple guide, which ensures proper alignment over cables and adjusts the staple drive depth.
The M12 cable stapler can drive up to 1,200 staples per charge. Additionally, it has a staple viewing window so you can keep track of the number of staples you have loaded inside.
Paired with the compatible Milwaukee 1-inch Insulated Cable Staples, Milwaukee says you can expect to complete rough-ins two times faster than when using a hammer.
Both the Milwaukee M12 Cable Stapler will be available beginning in June 2022. The bare tool will have a retail price of $229 and there’s a kit option available for $299. It includes an M12 2.0Ah battery, M12 charger, and contractor bag. The tool has a 3-year warranty.
Milwaukee’s Insulated Cable Staples are coming to retailers at the same time as the stapler. Expect them to run $16.99 per box.

Can you guys do a comparison between the dewalt version and this one. The dewalt tends to be too lose for single cables horizontally but fine elsewhere. And would be nice to know if this one is the same or better since I use m12 and m18 batteries already.
