Flames engulfed a tractor-trailer Tuesday afternoon in southeast Baltimore.

Around 1 p.m., SkyTeam 11 video showed Baltimore City firefighters battling the fire at the O'Donnell Travel Plaza on O'Donnell Street.

The tractor-trailer was fully involved in flames a short distance away from fuel pumps.

Firefighters used hose lines to try and extinguish the fire, which was made more difficult after the fuel tank began leaking into a storm drain, fire officials said.
